Our college observed 56th Bishnu Rabha Divas on 20th June to pay tribute to the legendary cultural icon Kalaguru Bishnu Prasad Rabha. The event began with the lighting of ceremonial lamps. Trainee teachers paid tribute by singing soulful Bishnu Rabha Sangeet,capturing the essence of his artistic spirit. Teachers also shared valuable insights about Bishnu Rabha’s life, his revolutionary ideals, and his contribution to Assamese society. The event served as a heartfelt tribute and a moment of cultural reflection for all present.

Our college has successfully organized a series of “Nation First” team-based activities on 9th June, 2025, with the primary objective of fostering a sense of national responsibility and patriotism among the B.Ed. trainees. The program aimed to encourage critical thinking, creative expression, and a deeper understanding of civic duties among future educators. The activities conducted under this initiative included: 1. Debate Competition,2. Essay Writing Competition, 3. Poem Writing Competition.This initiative served as a vital step in nurturing socially responsible and nationally committed future educators.
